With the addition of a micro projector for a screen, and a
holographic projection keyboard, and a micro SD card, I can
picture the future iPod as being able to handle any task that
todays desktop computers can do. randys2cents

iPods and Upgrades

I'm counting my previous phone, the Moto ROKR with iTunes as an iPod since I purchased it to combine the features of my 512mb shuffle and phone. I upgraded to the 4GB iPhone so I could have additional features such as the ability to watch video podcasts. I'll probably upgrade to the 3G iPhone for features above and beyond what my current iPhone can support.

ipod survey

an unlocked iphone would be nice. i'm already in at&t but i
wouldn't want to extend my contract with the network. and, i have
three ipods - shuffle, nano and the 5G. if Apple will keep on
locking the iphone, how can people upgrade to the new one? the
two year contract prevents people from, one, buying an iphone for
not wanting a new or extended at&t contract, and, two, from
current iphone owners to be returning customers.

You are not prevented currently from upgrading your 4 or 8gb phone to a 16. Just swap your sims, sync and go.

more for ipod survey

I think you should ask if a person uses more than one ipod
regularly during a week. I know I use my iPod U2 photo for
commutes, while I have my U2 video for multimedia.....Others
may use a hard-drive-based ipod for some functions, while
using a flash-based one for working out....Or how about if any
service on an ipod was covered under a warranty? There should
also be a comment section for added info. While some have felt
the ipod may be a disposable product, I think they have been
quite durable, and really only worried about replacement
batteries for the future.
