What T-Mobile should offer FIRST is some phones that are up to par, and not phones that have ancient features. 1.3 and 2.0 MP cameras in phones are a joke. Most my European friends have phones with 5 MP cameras, and features we haven't even heard of here in the States. It is a fact that out of all the US carriers T-Mobile has the crapiest phones, they are the Wal-Mart of cellphones. Shame on them...

I've been a T-Mo customer for about six years now, mainly because of the plan options. However, my t-mobile dash is the last phone I get through them, unless they roll out 3G. That means I won't be getting any android phone if they expect me to use it on this slow edge network. I am just waiting for AT&T to release something I want, then I'm jumping ship.

I've been with TM a few years, and I haven't ever used one of their phones. Don't forget the SIM fits into any world phone. That's the best part of TM-the least restrictions on phones of any other company. I LOOOOVE my K800. Let's keep our minds open to this Android thing.

In any case Europeans in general get much better phones for the price but they also have really high bills. In the US T-mobile's prices usually are even lower than the other big 3

T-Mobile has pretty low monthly plan options, so it makes sense they'd also offer some bargain phones. Unless you think people who don't want to spend a lot of money don't deserve cell phones...

T-Mobile has rolled out their UMTS network in NY, and as of a couple days ago, Las Vegas as well. They anticipate having the 3g hsdpa running in 20 major market cities by the end of the year, so with a tentative release date of 11/10/08, I'm pretty excited for it. Being on one of the fastest 3G networks available anywhere should help free up all sorts of network speed, and finally give them reasons to have cameras that don't take 20 minutes to send a picture.
