- Yes the price is great, that is why I switched. But now that I have a customer service issue, there is no one that can handle the problem. The price is too good to be true and the Ocean freezes every now and then and I have to remove the battery to reset the phone. You get what you pay for. But I do thank Helio for setting the trend on umlimited minutes.
