Web sites launch all the time, but they also shut their doors. We highlight 15 that bit the dust this year.
Let the debate begin: Was the iPhone more important than iTunes? Was anything bigger than Google finding a great business model? CNET offers its list of the 10 most important stories of the '00s.
you with no problem whatsoever, I've done it a bunch of times. Also, they're
employees are great in that they don't bog you down in company flak. For
example: I have been a T-Mobile customer for a while and was interested in
renewing my contract in order to get another phone. However, I wanted to
get it for a cheaper price, less than what T-Mobile was selling it for with a
contract. The employee on the other line hinted that I should just tell
accounting I was switching over to another carrier. Lo and behold, I was able
to buy a $250 for $100 with renewal of my contract, and they didn't even
hesitate to give it to me at that price. T-Mobile knows what to do to make
their customers happy.

i have verizon now and its like heaven compared to T-Mobile
and ive thought about it and i rather prefer to have better service than good customer service.

I have to say I have had some major cell issues, from bad hardware to just dumb stuff and t-mobile has helped me through it with out a hitch every time.
I was on the phone one day for 2 hrs trying to figure out why photo text messaging wouldn't work. We did everything we could. The next step was go to a store and have them do a few things there. Rather then telling me to go to store the rep called a local store of my choice, got the manger and told them the whole story. I was able to walk into the store that afternoon, have the manager greet me by name and get my phone fixed.
this has been the case time and time again with t-mobile always going above and beyond to help me out with issues.
I will grant the phone service doesnt' work everywhere. But to tell you the truth i drive the US often and have bene in dozen of states and I have only been in a handful of places where my phone has worked and most of the time I was ok with that because the locations were so remote.

But, Their service just sucks. I'm constantly getting calls dropped and sometimes at night it just completely loses service.
I've been thinking moving with ATT, but I'm definitely going to wait until my contract is over to see if their is any improvement

As good as the CS has been, I'm not sure it's enough to keep me around. C'mon T-Mo...the contract obligation is running out and the clock is definitely ticking.

- A Very Satisfied Customer

- I can only say that I think that T-Mobile is terrific. I live in Boston, MA and the service here is excellent. I do get a dropped call now and then, but I found that to be the case on every carrier (I have tried many). Above all, the service at T-Mobile takes the cake. The reps I talk to are consistently English speakers in North America and that makes a big difference. They always seem to be able to resolve whatever issue I have or to give me a time when it will be resolved. Admittedly, they have no 3G service at this time, but as I do not download songs or videos or watch TV on my phone, I don't care. I use a BlackBerry and get my emails, including attachments, right on time. What good is a phone that gets a TV picture if you cannot make a call from indoors(at&t)? Certainly, if you prefer GSM, T-Mobile is miles ahead of at&t, even without 3G. Granted, the phones T-M sells in the US are often kind of cheap, but it is easy to configure an unlocked phone on their network (can you say that about at&t?) either by yourself from the website or with the help of the award-winning customer service. They just are so easy to deal with. I am a fan and a very satisfied customer.
