TMobile will not be able to acquire their necessary spectrum until early next year. At least that is what they are telling us. As for the frequency, they are using 1900 according to files that we receive from our commissioning of these cell sites. I can't say who I work for, but that is what I can tell you. Although, all of this has to do with their Chicago, Detroit and Minneapolis markets.

TMO does need band IV phones. They do not exist on the market. Manufacturers have to develop tranceivers and PA's for this band. From a year ago, TMO was planning to launch 1.7GHz 3G service in Q4'07. Guess they are late ...
