20, 25 bucks, Okay. But $90??

You can get six bottles of really good wine for that. And try chilling some reds.
Technically, anything low-tannin. Mmmm, chilled Beaujolais (check with your
local booze hound, uh, wine merchant for the best ones). I like a beverage
that's chilled (don't drink coffee or hot tea), so I didn't drink red for years. But
for 90 bucks I can use a empty milk jug and some ice (good breeding shows).

How long will this take to chill my quart of Mad Dog?

Most Red Should Be "Cellar Temp" Not Room Temp

Most reds are actually better if they start out chilled just a slight bit and then warm up to room temperature.

Mad Dog... excellent. Kiwi-Strawberry or Blue flavored?

Yeah, my family has a multi-wine bottle chiller from http://www.subzero.com/products/detail.aspx?cid=4&productid=29, that's pretty nifty. Can definitely see the convenience of a small, single-bottle chiller like this though. It'd be easy to transport.
