hello sirs,

i have an I-MATE JAQ3+ model cellphone but do not have a software, driver or any accompanying material.
I got it from NS Telecom. I installed a MINI SD memory card but it would not automatically store any data.
My phone storage memory does not even allow video recording as the memory is not enough.
The phone automatically cancels out another stored name and number when a new caller or number needs to be saved. I noticed that many of my listed names disappear and was having a hard time trying to recall names of those that were inadvertently canceled out.

My key pad I rarely use. Most time I use the stylus pen because the keys when pressed for the symbols, different symbols appear... not the corresponding ones as indicated on the button.

Furthermore, it is not encrypted yet with a wifi code number. I could not try and use the VOIP at this point.

Thank you for attending to my problem(s). Kindly advise at the earliest.

Dear Sir,

Your I-MATE JAQ3+ mobile is different from JAQ3. Please see your manual for details on how to use the MINI SD memory card or email the NS Telecom support for materials needed.

Regarding the wifi code number it's only NS Telecom who could install the Parallel GSM / VOIP system since it's their exclusive technology. You may contact the support team of NS Telecom to install a wifi code number to your mobile. For other concerns you may also contact us with regards to JAQ3+.

Thank you.

good morning sirs,

could you possibly supply the manual for JAQ+3 model of I-mate? if it can be downloaded, it would be of great help as many of its functions are not maximized. thank you.

Thank you for your response. My JAQ3+ phone has no accompanying CD or Manual. Is it possible to secure one online?

By the way, I received your reply via the CNET Reviews on the internet, not in my Inbox. Please reply at the earliest. Thanks again. Ed Arcilla
