I have a oppo bluray as well. I can understand some folks nickpicking and dissecting this product but some folks get carried away. Please don't take offense , folks. No product out there is perfect, yet Oppo is the only bluray player manufacturer i know that had the common decency to give most folks what they requested . Denon,Pioneer, and a host of other manufactuers really don'tr give a flying flip.Compared to other bluray players out there ,Oppo came pretty close.load time is excellent. 2 channel audio with quality rca cables is some of the best in that price point. For us ISFers , it's many picture adjustment options blow away most of the competition.Even the packaging is topnotch, Inside the box are bluray discs for video and audio tweaking. The power cable included with this unit is twice the size of little spaghetti power cable that came with my denon bd1800.I own a denon avr-3806 and with 7.1 audio outputsi can experience DTS-master and other audui formats without upgrading my receiver.Oh well ..that's my two cents.,I highly recommend this product anyone who wants highend performance yet willing to except imperfection . Quite frankly there isn't a perfect product out there anyway.
