Comments on: Doom Resurrection on iPhone--screenshots

You might be expecting Doom on the iPhone to be the latest in an increasingly tedious string of ports of the original game.

Incredible game... it plays more like Time crisis I'd say, because you can duck from flying objects... the controls take some getting used to, but every game system is different... I wonder if one day some one will create an add-on controller attachment to apple's products, it'd look weird, but would make the experience much better, just to have the entire screen dedicated to the game itself... can't wait until GTA comes on Apple's platform (if the DS can get it, Apple can too)...

I am a HUGE fan of id and of course the Doom series...it's great to see them branching out and testing the waters in new tech territory...pretty much like the review said, it's no PC/Console shooter....but for the iphone/Itouch....awesome graphics, cool story line and easy to play.

...well worth the price!
