Hopefully Sony is reading these but here's an idea:

what if you mixed AMD microprocessor, with Sony's PSP, using an LED screen (using less electricity, better quality), add switchable touch-screen functionality, and wifi on a Sprint "4G" network.
I think that would sound pretty stinking appealing to me (not only because I said it) Make it a phone, using touch-screen when you wanted it as a phone, and for texting, skype, etc. and then turn off the touch-screen when you wanted to use it as a PSP? I guess pretty much the "PSPgo" but built smarter.
AMD has a knack for making freakishly fast processors, very small, and energy smart, Sony already has the platform, Sprint already has a fairly vast network (and they could use the payback on AT&T for IPhone). If this seems farfetched, please enlighten me on the "status quo" not a big number cruncher so this may be impossible considering how much production would cost, and getting that many bigwigs in the same room with each other.
