I used it with my old phone it was very happy with making ring tones and transfering songs... can I still use it?

- My comment is I just got this phone. And one of the features I am not liking is that, I am trying to delete my message recipients from my Motorola Karma QA1 and I do not see how to do this or how to set the time between snoozes on the alarm clock. I need some help in resolving these two issues. Thanks!
