If all of you hate apple so much, stop reading and writing about it. I switched to a macbook and an iphone and I am a huge fan of my apple products. Apple doesn't want EVERYONE to buy and use their products like Microsoft does. If you don't appreciate the excellent attention to design that Apple provides, ignore it, don't buy it, shut up about it. So annoying. I don't care if you don't like my phone!

"Apple doesn't want EVERYONE to buy and use their products like Microsoft does."

Oh really what were Steve Jobs Apple ( nerd and geek )product release gatherings they had every year?

Sadly thou Apple is MS these days and even worse..............I still dont understand why people still fight about MS VS Apple. Its Just childish and silly. I was a big Apple supporter for many many year 20+ . But these days apple is only a geek and nerd trndy and little of no understanding how things work. But want to show inamge they are tech smart.

I want a phone and nothing more. The iPhone is a toy for adults. You can tell that by all the stupid downloads you can find at the application store. Most people who buy these phones will never admit they hardly use any of the features or services. The real tech savy country Japan won't even consider a iPhone a good phone. It's already outdated as far as they are concerned. But American's are so into Gimmicks and flash ( oh wait the iPhone does not do flash).

The iphone is a toy. Real productivity and great quality can be found in the Blackberry 9000 (Bold). The iphone is for tools who want to waste their time amusing their stoner friends with usless apps like the Ocarina and the light saber. Really, iphones are entertainment centers for n'er-do-wells with ADD who still live in their parent's basements. Please, un-stunt your development, grow up, get a job, get a Blackberry to assist you in keeping that job, and sell you iphone on ebay--in that order.

I love the Apple (iPhone) haters. IT IS NOT A STATUS symbol for me and many others!!!! It was about going fully mobile. I looked long and hard at BBerries a year before but didn't care for the keypad in the front ( I text some but its not my life on the phone). Its up front price was the same as similar featured phones when I got it. Yes AT&T is not the greatest (more dropped calls then when I was with VZ for sure but its so worth it! with the free WIFI hotspots and pretty good 3G speeds) The data plan for the phone is comparable to all the other plans out there monthly except for Sprint (man you thought T's coverage was bad in my city). So it made good $$ sense to me at least. The phone has excellent voice calling properties as long as T's coverage is there (many other Treo/BBerry/Smart phone users in town all complain about their coverage with T so its NOT just an iPhone problem. After that the phone is a very powerful tool for lots of different situations. The OS is simply amazing and years ahead of everything else on the market right now. My dad tried out a BB Storm and it truly SUCKED! He took it back in the trial period. Apple has its haters and lovers and I am fully in the latter. Proud to be an APPL fan boy 100%. 3 years ago my cell service was voice only, my Windows XP machine gave me 3 blue screens of death in 6 months. Harddrive was fine so.......??? After many hours spent fixin Windows. I made a conscious effort to try ease of use and save my time for family/boating/fun stuff....... not fixin crap. 1 Mac Pro, iPod, iPhone later I spend 0!!! time on the stuff that used to keep me up till 2 AM. iPhone by far and away the slickest/coolest piece of tech I have ever owned. Love em or hate em APPL will stay the leader in smart phones thanks to its leading OS and unrivaled touch features. The market will pick the winner and right now APPL is winning in a big way!!!!! Waiting on 3.0 and also praying VZ picks up an iPhone when my contract expires in 2010!!!!!!!
