If they are clones...then they are born that way...they were not alive then genetically altered, they were genetically altered prior to being alive...I'm not sure that being born with the ability to glow under UV light is animal cruelty.

haha right, as a power-hungry billionaire with aspirations for global domination and genetically enhanced super-beasts, how am I to strike fear into my enemies with dogs that glow red under ultraviolet light?
