More rumors surface on the new PSP, with tantalizing details of a sliding touch screen, dual-analog thumbsticks, and an official unveiling in June at E3. Pocket Gamer is already calling it an "iPhone beater." We're not so sure.

- I love my psp for what it is. i have done things to it so i dont have any umd's anyway and who ever actually thought of the ipod as a gaming system smack your head against the wall until you fall unconscious : ) the psp should not have a built in phone. I have a small phone and my psp fits in the same pocket nicely. The psp's only competition would be the nintendo DS (which to me is a system for children but dose have some pretty cool games. big fan of the zelda series). i do think that the psp2 looks cool and i would be fine with paying $350.00 (depending on size of internal memory) but i would love to see a hand held xbox. if there is one TELL ME
