It's not backwards compatible with Game Boy Advanced games. It is compatible with current DS games.

I wouldn't buy it as I already have a DS lite. This little upgrade isn't worth it unless you don't have a DS already.

It does have a faster main CPU and two .03 MP cameras but they camera resolution is horrible, just like the hardware Nintendo implements onto their consoles. I've seen cameras with higher resolutions on cell phones! And the the DSi is still underpowered for a handheld, unlike the iPod Touch

...there are 12 MP cameras on phones, so yeah, I could've gotten higher resolution with that phone than with my new camera (10MP). Big Deal.

the cameras are not meant for taking pictures like ur camera, it's use is more or less like the eye thingy for ps2. read the interviews and u will get a clearer picture of why it is built the way it is.

Hmm, it turns out that the DSi has more powerfull CPU's (yes, plural) than the regular DS...I wonder if its just for the camera's, or if the DSi will have exclusive games?

Psp is alot more advanced then the ds. You can watch movies surf the internet, and listen to music. You really cant do anything on the ds except play games. Plus, the PSP is widescreen. Its almost like a netbook but better!!!!

hmmmm...you're comment doesn't make any sense at all, well besides the fact that the PSP is widescreen. you can surf the web on the DSi and even the DS Lite. You can also listen to music on the DSi or through a flash cart on the DS LIte. Oh and you also have the fact that the DS has much better games, who cares that the PSP has better graphics? One last thing...the PSP is nothing like a netbook. Well it has some of the features a netbook has but it is not even close. Get you're facts straight before you post comments.

I think the Sony PSP is better the DS Lite, although I can't decide between the PSP and the DSi.
