Let the debate begin: Was the iPhone more important than iTunes? Was anything bigger than Google finding a great business model? CNET offers its list of the 10 most important stories of the '00s.
I do believe that the Zune line of products does have its problems just like everything else, such as when the iPod nano's first arrived; the screens had their issues but given time things well be sorted out.

- OK the headlines shouldn't be about how the Zune player froze up but it should clearly be about how shocking it is that there are that many Zune users out there that this should be a national news story at all. Don't get me wrong I own a Zune and since I got my Zune six months ago I have no interest in ever going back to a iPod but come on your freak'n telling me there is more than a couple of dozen of us Zune owners out there. Amazing it must be a slow news day or Microsoft must have paid the news organizations to plant this story believing that old adage that some publicity is better than no publicity at all.
