All I can say to this is amen, amen Matt. Hopefully the powers to be will listen and get to work. Lowering prices is a long shot for anything, but hey maybe Verizon, Comcast, AT&T, COX, and the other big telecoms will shake off the Scrooge, get some Christmas spirit and give the rest of the world a break. Bring in those ghosts already!!

Almost all Kudos here, only two things i think weren't spot-on is "Office for Mac is still better than Office for Windows"? I surely don't think so.
Also, if you don't want to pay so much for internet, try DSL. It's about half the price of Comcast and since since the web relies heavily on the speed of servers the decrease in bandwidth from Cable to DSL really won't effect you. plus it's a dedicated line so no slow downs when everyone in your neighborhood is watching TV and surfing Web; much better deal.
Everything else though gets a cheering applause from me!

#2-b is a mystery. It's one of those blatantly obvious offenses that shouldn't be accepted by the masses. It's second only to 8 years of W without impeachment.
