What do you fanboys expect from your leader? All you're paying beaucoup bucks for is the look and the logo on it.

i'm an ipod touch gen 1 owner and , while very excited at another pair of good sub 100$ in ear earbids, am SOOOOOOOOOO Frustrated that the mic and remote will not work on my 350$ state of the art mp3 player (i guess my 5 month old mp3 player is already out dated :( ). I have been waiting YEARS, literally YEARS for ipods to get voice recording so I could record lectures, and now that they FINALLY do my mp3 player can't do it. ALso, some intersting apps have come out to potentally turn the touch into a skype style internet phone with this mic, a feature i would be EXTREMLY interested in if the dam mic actually worked for my ipod. SO ANNOYING!!!

You have to update your firmware, bet you have no idea what that is. and as far as for the iphone, why do you think they're not advortised for it(also, are you using hte new 3.0 beta, because it's not compatible with that at all). lol some SENIOR editor.
