Web sites launch all the time, but they also shut their doors. We highlight 15 that bit the dust this year.
Let the debate begin: Was the iPhone more important than iTunes? Was anything bigger than Google finding a great business model? CNET offers its list of the 10 most important stories of the '00s.
I don't play WoW, but I have seen enough of it to know this will be merely a novelty if used with WoW. While it may be interesting to roam a bit, just thinking about it briefly brought up some obstacles that'll make you regret using the N-Trig technology with WoW. Kind of like playing WoW via Wii motes.
On a broader note, I might definitely think about grabbing the Latitude. It seems functional enough to actually be useful, and would definitely impress the heck out of my clients.
I hate Dell, but if a 3-yr warranty's already factored into the price and I think about it hard enough, I may try it out.
..or use it as spare parts and slap the screen onto something else.
Some of the user issues appeared to revolve around an Itunes driver - and I've heard on the blogs that a fix is in the works. The HP and the Dell are really two very different systems - one aimed at Business and one at the consumer - take your pick.

(6 Comments)I realize that one's aimed at business users and the other at consumers... but what we're really looking at is the hardware. Last I checked, the Latitude only came core-solo (I'm hoping for at least a C2D offering) while the HP came AMD-only.
Well, it'll be only a matter of time before the offerings increase I guess. The ideal time to buy this would be some amount of time before Windows 7 comes out--or before the technology is pushed further with the Windows 7 development (WELL you could always replace the software/OS, but I mean for the sake of experiencing it with matching hardware...)
