i agree that it would have to be har... difficult to take such a picture while in a pocket, but i'm sure he wouldn't be the first guy to snap one purposely and maybe use as the image for someone he hates to get calls from, but i can find some truth in the email part. i've whipped mine out only to discover i was sending garbled a garbled text to someone, and i've even had an errant email created. to the best of my knowledge, i've never sent any of them, but the fact that i could get as far as creating these things means they were only a random shot away from being sent.

If this be true, sooner or later some bozo standing outside the ladies room will be handing out his iPhone to unsuspecting victims as he calls them (from another iPhone) while they're sitting in there unwittingly sending pix of their privates.

I dont think they're saying the Iphone took the pic accidentally. It was the guy had a pic of his junk on his iphone but it somehow accidentally sent it all on its own. While this sounds pretty farfetched i have noticed that the Iphone 3G is retardedly sensitive in my pocket and regualrly find it in open applications or in places i never even use simply because my thigh is apparently controlling my iphone's touch screen from my pocket

This happened to me...i believe the man and his wife should too. I'm sure it COULD happened, I've had both iPhones and although I love them and think they're better than every other phone on the market right now, they're not perfect and silly glitches like that happen ALL THE TIME - which is why its believable (though improbable) that something like that would happen. Isn't he innocent until proven guilty in this country?

Even if his phone did send it - who says it was him. What if someone else did it? No solid proof he had the intent of cheating on his wife. Unless there is video evidence of him physically sending the email with the screen showing - I don't see how she could be sure.

Watch him like a hawk lady, but don't leave the man. I think I gave Hillary the same advice a while back.

Its a glitch, but only happens if the pic is sufficiently raunchy.

there are two great answers to catch the bug:
1. She should send the photo he has to everyone else on his contacts, and see if they got it already or not.
2. She should use her iPhone to take her picture and see if it sends out.
