i doubt that its a iphone glitch.
Even if his phone did send it - who says it was him. What if someone else did it? No solid proof he had the intent of cheating on his wife. Unless there is video evidence of him physically sending the email with the screen showing - I don't see how she could be sure.
Watch him like a hawk lady, but don't leave the man. I think I gave Hillary the same advice a while back.
