Don`t rely on Cnet for accurate news. All the tracks are DRM free and yours to keep. I saw the live event online with Nokia`s top brass. Cnet always spins a story to make it seem as though iTunes is competitive. Let`s just point out AAPL dropped $9 right after Nokia`s anouncement of a European rollout. Apple will drop further after Myspace Music , Gphones get traction and Nokia`s service launches here ;)

Please get your facts straight, this is not Nokia's first full touchscreen phone, they did the 7710 *AGES* ago.

you get YOUR facts straight. the 7710 was simply touch sensitive and did not have FULL touchscreen, so, i'm sure you'd love to believe that you know more about their products than nokia themselves..on this occasion your wrong.

An open letter to Nokia and all manufacturers about their cell phone: they stink.

Phones have become so feature-laden that they're just toys anymore. Why do you cater so much to children?

I'm an adult and above other things i need a phone that makes calls reliably. Reception has become a major issue across the board with all phones by all makers, but damn, they have nice cameras and music players (that's sarcasm, btw).

I need a phone with good reception that works as close to anywhere as possible. I don't need a computer in my hand, and I won't use text to communicate - it's a phone, remember? It uses the most efficient means of communication that has evolved over centuries of anthropology: the human voice. Features are nice, but please don't forget that these are PHONES, not typewriters nor iPods.

thanks, trying to be a loyal customer here.
