- I believe it . The photo in the invite to the press conference shows a laptop with a blackish lid the one in this photo has a blackish lid. Plus it was released before the invite so it is not faking. Plus apple never asks to take down fakes? It didn't get taken off the website for nothing. Anyway that is just my 2 cents. PS I use ubuntu Linux and to be honest I just like the hype:-)
