RCA has introduced the Small Wonder EZ300HD, the high-end model in its Small Wonder budget camcorder line. This model offers an HD capture mode.

RCA camera is only 30 frames per sec, while Zi6 is 60 frames per second. The comment, " the EZ300HD matches up well with Kodak's Zi6" is not even close. When a soccer mom shot video of her running kid, she would see a huge difference between the two.

Looks like RCA is continuing to put the heat on Flip video. Yeah it may not be true HD, but any upgrade in picture quality is better than what's out there now for these types of budget cams.

How well do you think this would work if i took it snowboarding? I wouldn't really worry much about damaging it if it cost $100.

I actually bought the earlier non HD version for that exact purpose. I took it on a trip to Colorado calling it my crash cam. I took a lot of video all over the mountains and it came home in one piece.
