Same MAJOR problems, and fixed only the obvious ones. I still have problems with 3G connection in San Francisco bay area, application crashes, poor battery life, dropped calls, and emails. It fixed the touch interface & navigation, and backups are swift. The iPhone 3G is a neat "toy gadget" phone and loved the web, but sorry Apple, no matter how awesome your interface is, if the network doesn't work well with it, I have to say "Good Bye!". I will stick with a device that first and foremost works well as a PHONE and leave the rest alone for now.

I am having major connection issues to youtube. Everytime I go to connect it says unable to connect to server. My edge is working and the internet on the phone is functioning, the youtube site is fine. Anyone else having this issue?

All apple do is adjusted the bar to actual dbm mapping.
Hence showing you more bar with the same connection strength as before so you are
thinking that you are getting better signal than you had.
I am still getting 105 or above in my office in houston and so no 3G connecition in door and
barely 1 bar EDGE connection unless I go outside and run around. Talk about bad reception.
When I use sprint, at least my EVDO rev A is working at the same location.
And when is apple going to add function to allow horizontal keyboard when typing email or
text messenging? I am asian and still my finger are too fat to type in that kind of vertical keyboard layout.
Do like samsung does and add an extra keyboard key to switch vertical to horizontal keyboard...
that helps a lot.
I don't know why horizontal mode only works for browser!
so lame.
I mean I don't care cut and paste...who keep repeating he own email /texting content?
but at least make use of the screen space to make it easier to TYPE!!
