Comments on: Hello Kitty won't stop breeding

More gadgets inexplicably branded with the evil cat. Say hello to a "solar-powered" cell phone recharger and a Hello Kitty DJ Speaker.

I always subscribe to the "don't like it, don't buy it" saying. I have a daughter and I do think 'kitty is cute. But like most things, moderation is key. I wish I could post the Hello Kitty M16 picture I came across!

Idiots, you don't get it do you? By flooding the market with useless hello kitty items you make it less likely that someone will buy the same product, but of a different brand name. All Hello kitty is doing is diluting the market.

Barron_Von_Hugen-Dong you're a moron. What you as define useless toy is no more useless then a hot wheels race car. In reality you're making a big issue over nothing. It's your mentality that I find totally odd, along with the person who wrote this article.

I live in Florida, and every so often I go to the Aventura Mall. Recently, they opened "The Nordstrom Wing". Or as I like to call it: "The Expensive Crap Wing". Nestled in this wing is a small boutique called "Victoria Couture" which sells nothing but designer Hello Kitty Merchandise. We already have a Sanrio store, and various kiosks that sell Hello Kitty themed merchandise as part of their wares. I wasn't aware Hello Kitty was that popular, since I rarely see anyone with any Hello Kitty anything, anywhere.
