I think Strongbad should be Vista's new spokesman. He is always checking his email and intimidating those around him. Hell, the whole cast of Homestar Runner could represent Microsoft... they are way idiosyncratic, dysfunctional & live in their own worlds yet they are all endearing in their own way.
