My son got this phone (r560) on Monday. It's frozen solid 7 times already. Has to remove and replace battery to become operational again. Anyone know where to go for help? Uses Cricket service. We are thinking of returning it for something else.

I've had the messenger for 5 months now and in the last couple of days the slidler has broken and is barely holding on. I went to the Metro PCS store and they tell me that we did it intentionally and that we slid it to rough. HAS ANY ONE HAD THIS PROBLEM because this is not the case but it is my word against there and they do not care.

I do not reccomend this phone AT ALL. It sucks.. A LOT. I got the camera error too, and I've also had to get it replaced once already for it shutting off randomly. So many people I've seen in the MetroPCS stores have been in there complaining about this phone and its features. The keys stop working after awhile also... I can't wait to switch services and get a new phone. I can't stand it. It doesn't work half the time, and all its really good for is texting, and even then it'll randomly shut off mid text and you'll lose the whole thing. Theres no way to take video, the camera stops working after a bit, the keys get stuck a lot, and it sometimes will not even receive texts or calls for extended periods of time. I hate it, don't get it. It's a waste of your money, and in this economy, you can't afford that. Thanks.

Can anyone go through and give me the Menu items and the numbers?

Like:

I need to know how to play the saved recordings. My screen is cracked, so I can only go off of what I am told. I need to know what keys to press to get them to play so I can record them on to my replacement phone. I'm NOT talking about ringtones or stored sounds on (Menu+7+4+ok), I'm asking for the path to get to the STORED recordings. Any help please? Thanks.
