- Tickets / 100K mis is hardly a useful statistic. How fast were the cars traveling? By what absolute and relative amounts did the driver's exceed the posted limit? Was weather a factor for the speeding violation for any of the vehicles? There is so much more to account for that this list is useful for nothing more than stimulating discussion.
