Web sites launch all the time, but they also shut their doors. We highlight 15 that bit the dust this year.
Let the debate begin: Was the iPhone more important than iTunes? Was anything bigger than Google finding a great business model? CNET offers its list of the 10 most important stories of the '00s.
Chris Matyszczyk brings a fresh and irreverent perspective to the tech world in his CNET blog, Technically Incorrect. He is a member of the CNET Blog Network and is not an employee of CNET.

I work with a mens accountability group where most (if not all) have had affairs or struggle with internet pornography issues. Out of the 15 to 20 men that regularly attend, only one has actually completed divorce and even that one we are seeing signs of reconciliation and re-marriage. It will probably be a while before that happens, but these guys are making a true commitment to fidelity (real and virtual, both) and their spouses are seeing the change. Some guys are truely selfish and want their Kate and Edith, too; but most I have met do value their marriage above everything else and are willing to fight the fight to get it back.
As far as the tech glitch defense? It's not worth much....I've been there. My wife and I have an amazing marriage now and reach out to those in need.

- I know this is a bit late to the party, but this is possible. It happened to me once, and I did it again. (Though both times porn was not involved.

Showing 2 of 2 pages (27 Comments)Here's how to do it:
1. Start an email to someone, let's say a@b.com
2. Stop the email by hitting the home button.
3. Go to a program that allows you to forward links and such (e.g., Manifesto)
4. Mail c@d.com a link.
c@d.com will get not only the forwarded link, but the email you started before, and a@b.com will be on the list as well.
Try it -- basically the "Send email" feature from programs outside of the mail application will append to any existing email you have started, but haven't properly canceled out of.
