I don't own a mac computer currently, but I don't see anything wrong with the macbook air. It's expensive but you should expect an ultraportable high quality notebook like the Air to cost a premium. Not sure what's buggy or flawed about it.. pretty sure you could just add a cheap cd drive with USB if you really needed it.

Interesting to hear from an individual who "can't wait" for Steve Jobs' death. Mr Jobs changed the world again and again with tremendous drive and creativity. I wonder what "websterphreaky" has done for the world lately. I wonder why tiny minds need to hate great ones.

Come on guys... the bickering is so unnecessary.... It's so easy to run Mac OSX on these netbooks... Well, easier on some.. The Dell mini and the MSI Wind are practically turnkey save for a couple of minor driver downloads. I'm just waiting for the pricing on the new MSI WIND U120 and JACKPOT! ~$400 Mac Netbook! WOOHOO!

never tried Asus... but for sure hp and amd are not good...after some time hp's mother board had problems which doesnt start the wireless and doesnt detect it at all.. and there is nothingthat can be done.. abt it.. tried and tested everything... if u dont believe me search for blogs with 'pavillion wireless problems' u will get dozens and dozens... even hp themselves have the blogs on their own site.. but they control those blogs very strictly..bottom line.. wont bet on HP at all.... lets c how asus goes... hp is the worst.. even worst than dell....and all send their customer support to offshore places.. takes jobs out of our country... another problem but still...
