What the hell is wrong with this company? Is it that there really hasn't been enough innovation on the OS front for them to copy and put out a "new" product, so they have to expand and conquer the search platform, just to hustle a buck?

It's not like their doing this to make innovations, or because it interests them, it's to turn a profit and they will fail.

This company needs to quit being jealous, quit holding a grudge, quit trying to devour everything and get back to what it does best, making a kick ass operating system.

Hardly anyone wants to use Microsoft's search, and it's been that way for 10 years. Only dumb people and dinosaurs search through msn.

This company has a hard on for being the ultimate dominator. It better change, or it will be their demise.

Instead of fixing the issues with the current OS, they make you buy the next version with the trust me BS

Are you skeptical? I sure am. Is this the same kind of "Trust Us" we heard for Windows ME? Maybe the same "Trust Us" we heard for the WMDs in Iraq?

Did you even read the article. Its Microsoft trying to calm their shareholders that they have a plant to catch Google. How that will happen? I don't know. With Yahoo out of the picture Facebook might be plan B

Sure, I'll trust MSFT - after I accept Jeffrey Dahmer's dinner invitation.

I will trust Windows Live Mesh over MobileMe for sure. MobileMe will be the "core" of bad Apple jokes for years to come.
