Ballmer is confused. His handling of these Yahoo takeover effort, has been amongst the worst examples of incompotence and ham handed takeover attempst I have ever see. One minute, he wants to deal with Yahoo, the next minute he doesn't and the very next monute he wants to buy yahoo again. It's enough to make any shareholder ytear their hair in frustration. Hey, ballmer, there are ways of taking over a comoany, and your confused, directionless method is not one of them. Grow a piar, and make up your mind already.
