M$ can forget about June cut-off

There is no way that M$ will be able to stop PC manufacturers from offering XP based machines as early as this June, especially for business oriented computers. They will have to back down on this one. Knowing M$, they will find a way to turn this into a marketing opportunity somehow, as they do with everything else. It really pays to have a pseudo-monopoly.
