- MS owns NBC, don't they? So "winning" the deal isn't exactly rocket science. They could probably use the same retarded chimps that designed the "ribbon" interface to pitch the deal, and still "win". Or a caveman could do it.

- Not really. MSNBC is a joint venture between MS and NBC. I guess MS has around 20 percent of MSNBC. NBC itself has nothing to do with MS.
