Healthcare outfits, biotechs, and pharmaceuticals will weather the storm. No matter what people need their pills and to see the doctor. Those companies don't outsource much if any as the data highly prized and must be guarded. Outside contractors are generally not trusted in those industries.

If the slow bloated OS called Vista was created during a boom time, then what of Windows in the bad times?

Why is this article on the top of CNET's page on December 31st as a new article? Was this a misposting? The article stated it was the first of a series and thought perhaps the second installment was meant to go up and this one got reposted instead?
