The problem is the service with Sprint sucks. I manage the accounts for my compay (10,000) and we are moving so many people off of sprint for service problems its not funny. They are just hemorging users.

Frying pan to the fire... If you are talking about customer service, they are ALL bad. I've used Sprint and AT&T and get so frustrated at times with both.

If you're talking about phone service, then it depends on your area. I use Sprint now and the service is clearer than with AT&T or NextTel.

FWIW, I've had no problems with Sprint (in terms of connectivity, anyway). Are you talking *customer* service or actual cell service?
