I have this product but, don't really know if it is doing all that is needed. The three machines I have installed it on don't have problems but by the same token, other machines on my network don't have problens either.
It's almost time to renew; not sure if I should or change.

a,check just one of th reviews on newegg for this product..:
Pros: av works ok.
Cons: horrible support. rebate check bounced, when i called support about a replacement + bank charges i was told my bank was stupid for charging me a bounced check fee. 2 weeks later still no check
