Nobody really expected the lines to be as chaotic as those for the first iPhone or for the iPhone 3G, but the volume of business seems respectable in the early going.

not sure what you mean, all smartphones have roughly the same data plan pricing... you are still probably thinking "cell phone" pricing, not "smart phone".

Of course Rogers in Canada as usual is not up to snuff. Only doing new activations. The Canadian communications industry is a blatant corrupt monopoly. An embarrassment

haha all you guys are going to have to stick with AT&T for 2 more years.. ill wait until next year when theres more change than a compass and a better camera and they use a new carrier .

Just got my new iPhone by FedEx and tried to activate it. Got message from AT&T through iTunes that due to the high volume of activations it will take up to 48hrs to activate.

I heard that the new high speed network isn't turned on, yet. Is this true? I would jump on this if I could get faster web surfing and data connections
