Not gonna bother with the 3GS as i still have 6 months left on my 18 month o2 contract (signed up on the iPhone 3G release date) so i may as well wait until next update next june, as they will probably add some revolutionary new feature and I'd be gutted if i had only just got the 3GS and still had a year before i could upgrade again. I hate 18 month contracts for precisely this reason, but it seems as if 18 & 24 month contracts are the way all networks are going. However saying that, the few extra features the 3GS offers over the standard 3G doesn't make me wanna rush out and buy one anyway :D

Did you pre-order via AT&T? Ar eyou getting the "Waiting For Activation - This may take some time" message? You need to take your iPhone 3GS to your local AT&T store and have them activate your iPhone for you. AT&T has not registered your new SIM card with Apple. Just a few minutes with an AT&T rep will solve your problem.
