- Yah they did the right thing, eventually. Bloggers must have had a field day on this one. It is historical corporate culture, however, Apple being scared to try new things in the software arena. They do make the best hardware on earth but software now that?s a different story. Finicky is definitely the word to use to best describe Apple?s new business development practices. One of the main reasons MS had to bail them out was because they were limited to how they sold. Not believing in alliances with other companies in selling your products in today?s global economy is a pretty archaic way of thinking. Apple is NO. 1 in innovation producing hardware company yet at one point they did not even want to sell their merchandise at Walmart in the 90?s. They are pretty sloooooow or too precautious when It somes to the merging of ides. Ultimately, though they spin off some great long product life cycle stuff that everyone want to jump on the bandwagon with.
