"In addition, the iPhone can now download podcasts over the air using a Wi-Fi or 3G network. Previously, users had to download podcasts into iTunes on their computers and then sync their files. Now iPhone users can also turn off the auto-correction on the virtual keyboard, which I must say is a nice alternative to allowing the iPhone to guess what you're trying to type."

Actually I still can't download podeasts over 10 MB on my i Phone over 3G.

Just to clear something up... I'm sure some of you already know this, but you can use a normal phone with a text messaging package through AT&T to send an MMS message to an iPhone's email. You simply save the email address in the contact list of the source phone and then send the picture to that email address and voila, you have an MMS on an iPhone.

If you'd like to send an MMS from an iPhone to a mobile device, you simply email the picture to: mobilenumber@mobile.att.net

I too would like to see copy/paste, but at least you can get around the MMS problem ... and believe me, if there are special "g/f" messages coming through, you'll want to get her on board with this trick!

I DO think the lack of mms is a big deal. People have been sending me photos for months and I didn't received them. When I tell people that my awesome new iPhone can't get pictures I am mocked and berated. I hate Steve Jobs! Sic Semper Tyrannis!

Faulting the iPhone for what it doesn't have is like saying you wouldn't go out on a date with Adriana Lima because she can't sing.

There are always trade offs. The Nokia N96 is a lot thicker. .79 in to .48 in It also looks like the turn by turn is extra after the first year. Buy what works for you.

Great! Can I download podcasts while submerged, too? Not that I really wanted too, but still....

After updating to the latest software, now I can't delete messages! What's up with that?? A friend had the same exact thing happen. Is anyone else here having this problem? When I try to delete (either with the message open and hitting the trash can - OR - in "Edit" mode from the list view of the Inbox -- I get an error message -- unable to move message to trash).

I don't understand all these comments. People who have brought the iphone are complaining that it does not have MMS or turn-by-turn NAV. You knew when you brought it it did not have these things, but it is apple's fault that you made a bad decision for yourself. I own the TREO 750 and the ATT 8925 that have all the things that the iphone does not have. I am going to buy the iphone when I am eligible for an upgrade. MMS to me is cool-seldom use it, Video share-never use it, Copy and Paste-never use it and the NAV please if i ever get lost I can always ask for directions. The people that brought the iphone and are complaining should go and buy another phone that does what they want it to do and stop complaining.

How about being able to dial a phone number that is listed in a calendar item? I used to do that from my blackberry all the time. Now with the iPhone I have to take out a pen and paper and write down the phone number and access code then switch to the dialer and dial it all manually.
