Wow. I guess paying attention to the details and making sure a product pleases users IS worth the effort...even if that means the product costs a few bucks more.

I'm wondering when the "but a PC is cheaper!!!elevnty!111!" crowd will realize this.

I've never been as happy with a cell phone as I have with my iPhone. There is no better phone out there for me out there.

Isn't that the award that you have to buy? I don't put much stock in J.D. Power & Associates.

You mean you don't put much stock in reviews that don't say what you think they should....

J.D. Powers' awards are not bought. You're thinking Consumers Digest.

The iPhone is still missing business professional ringtones. (Editors' note: spam link removed.)

RIM isn't going anywhere while governments have contracts with them.

There are a lot of other companies that will hurt more than RIM and I don't think RIM is going anywhere for awhile. Also, while the iPhone is amazing, there is only one iPhone and there will always be the people who want more diversity.

I went from a RIM blackberry to the iPhone and I sometimes wish I still had the blackberry. The iPhone is missing a very important feature: COPY and PASTE text. if there is a way to copy and paste, i'd love to know.
