WHY DO YOU GUYS COMPLAIN ABOUT COPY AND PASTE SO MUCH?!?!?! we are living in a world where cellphones have never had copy n paste for the most part, but now everyone and their moms is crying about not having that function and how "common sense" it should be to have. if it was such common sense to have.... then why havent i ever used a phone with copy n paste in my whole entire life? if your going to be using that function soooooOooo much that is stresses you out like this then use a computer, you fools! or maybe i do want that function so when it finally comes out, then i can do this: " are you happy now? are you happy now? are you happy now? are you happy now? are you happy now? are you happy now? are you happy now? are you happy now? are you happy now? are you happy now?"

APPLE UMMM LISTEN TO THE PEOPLE THAT FEED YOUR FAMLIES!
1.SMS FORWARDING!!!!! (reply & include, forward, edit, & send part, etc.)What Gives??
2.Landscape keyboard!! With all the hype about twisting and turning the phone this surely should have been a standard feature, at least you would think.
3.It is annoying to have to scroll through a couple home screens until i get to the main one. Frankly you should have left this with the iPod!
4.Bluetooth to other phones?
5.A2DP support?
6.MMS? Everyone doesn?t have e-mail access at the drop of a dime like my parents; so sending a quick photo of my son at his soccer game instantly is the reason for MMS. And all of you, who say MMS is garbage, think about the millions in the situation above.
7.Can I please remove or move all emails at once?
8.Can I remove 1 sms message instead of the entire conversation?
9.Video recording?
10.Flash and Java support?
11.Background app support?
12.Global Spotlight?
13.To Do list sync in iCal?
14.Voice dialing (NEWSFLASH SAFETY LAWSUIT may be around the corner the way people look to sue for any and everything these days)
15.We have all this space but can?t get Higher resolution photos!
16.When in the $&%( will we get MS Office fully editable? We business people would love that especially the ones that can?t be glued to a desk all day.
17.Also copy n paste is important! Especially if APPLE wants this to be a successful corporate phone!
18.Laptop Internet via i-Phone? I mean I can view full pages on the phone with the same amount of data as on the laptop so what?s the difference or excuse besides you and AT&T trying to come up with an excuse to charge us more?
19.Support sending/receiving business cards (VCARDS) by SMS/Bluetooth.
In conclusion, APPLE you better get on the ball with the software side of the house just in case you haven?t seen the T-Mobile G1 which is serious and when the "Blackberry Storm" rains down, the game will be turned up to whole different level and you can count on that. BOTTOM LINE: OPEN THE FLOOD GATES before the above phones stick it to you and take customers which may shock your stocks! LETS GO APPLE!

The folks who make The Missing Sync have a free app called Fliq on the iTunes/iPhone app store that lets you easily 'beam' and receive photos and contacts from others. Apparently they are also working on Fliq for desktops (PCs and Macs) and a notes app that will offer many more features than the iPhone notes appliication.

Will apple ever have apps that allow us to customize the home-screen and icons so that we don't have to hack into the phone and put our protection plan in jeopardy.

is apple ever going to have an update that allows customization of the home screen and icons? i would hack into the phone and get installer.app and cydia but I am afraid that I won't be able to restore or be covered by my protection plan if something happens.

I don't understand why Apple won't just make a few changes to the iPhone that will make it undeniably the best phone on the planet. MMS, an IM app that runs in the background and alerts you when you have a new IM like SMS app does, Safari crashes because I rarely use it on my phone since it crashes every few minutes...worthless (supposedly fixed in 2.2 but I haven't updated yet), FLASH!!!, listening to music via Bluetooth headset, a setting to turn off mobile websites completely, video recording...***? every other phone with a camera has this!

I don't expect all this in one update, but it would be nice to start seeing a few of these requests being put through. Doesn't Apple realize that some people hate the iPhone because it doesn't have some of these things? They would get a lot more business if they would at least do a couple of these things.

I still think the iPhone is the best phone, and wouldn't trade my 3G for any other phone, but it would still be nice to see some of this stuff.
