I loved my Original Iphone, i had not one problem with it. Soon as i get my Iphone 3G i cant keep up with counting everything thats wrong with it. aside from the usual 3g issues and dropped calls, theres, sms typing LAG, browser crashing, application crashing, inconsistent browser performance, touch screen responsiveness issues, and my most recent issue which i havent even heard of yet is now my phone occasionally switches the function of the home button. The other day every time i hit the home button (ONCE) it took me to my favorites, and no my home button double click isnt set to that, its set to go to the IPOD. i also repeat, this was after a SINGLE click, not a double. Which resulted in me having no way to get back to the home screen and thereby rebooting my phone which has cured it for now but who knows whats next. I love the iphone for what its worth but the purpose of these lawsuits and complaints is to fix problems that are affecting more than just the micro-percentage of users that Apple/ATT claims its affecting. If you dont own an Iphone and dont care for Apple or ATT Whoop-De-F%*$ing-Do for you. I and many people do own one and expect that if im paying an inflated price from my previous iphone (almost 150 bucks a month for a normal Iphone plan no major extras) that im getting my moneys worth, which at the moment i dont feel i am, on top of the fact that im in a forced contract just to own one. Then i and every other person who has an Iphone 3G has every right to complain and do so LOUDLY. So until the problems get fixed keep the law suits coming.
