The mistake this woman made was buying an Apple product.

People sue for everything nowadays. But I feel like I would want to sue myself if I ever bought an Apple product. They're nothing but overpriced pop culture/art products. I recently just upgraded to the LG VU and it's 3G service is phenomenal. I'll never understand why people are so caught up in the junk Apple sells.

I thought AT&T provided the service. Isn't this stupid person suing the wrong company? Why is it that iPhones that are allegedly flawed work great in Canada and other countries?

Hey, I agree that it should work out of the box. If you noticed I said I'm no fan of Apple by any strech. I just think 30 days out of the gate is too soon for a law suit.

I agree with Smith because I have a iphone, the person that sold me my phone have lied about having everything that 3Gs have. So I am thinking about doing the same thing. When u r promise things and excited about get it on ur phone and we cant get it because we dont have the 3Gs. I have called ATT and Apple and they told me to go back to the store and talk to them about whatthe guy from ATT said to get another Phone but it didnt work so me and one of my family members r getting a lawyer to take them to court for fault information. Thanks Mark Kyler (the lier)
