163.33.33.0 Belongs to Intel

Just a note about the Editor's note in the transcript. An ARIN
lookup reveals that 163.33.33.0 belongs to Intel Corporation. In
fact, the entire Class B range (163.33.0.0 to 163.33.255.255)
belongs to Intel. Rep. Issa was being humorous, as I'm sure he
knew that IP belonged to Intel.

Ah, thanks. I didn't actually check with ARIN.

I don't think Rep. Issa was being humorous, though -- I think he was just making numbers up.
