Someone's promiscous mother got AIDS and died so sex should be outlawed.
Someone else's parent ate too much, became obese, and died from a heartattack due to this. Food should therefore be outlawed.
Perhaps I'm overconfident, but I expect an Obama administration in January. He will have a wealth of things to do, including overriding every misuse of power authorized by Bush over the last eight years. Even so I would expect that he will succeed in removing the Bush effects, for the most part, in his first year as President.
