no offence but yoru full of crap...

the iphone just because i dont want to use at+t and you say why would you want it.. so i dont want at+t doesent mean i shouldent have the iphone either i might like the iphone but not want at+t i might already be with another carrier and not want to change carriers or contracts or maybe i dont have the cash to pay contract and would rather keep pay as you go on my vodafone.. good for you your happy with at and t but not everyone is..

and that crap about banned applications you say people would need to unlock to have banned apps but how does unlocking the iphone give you banned apps? unlocking means you unlock the iphone to all networks it has nothing to do with jailbreak which gives you cydia and the many sweet jailbreak apps that apple are to stupid to allow..

no offence but your post is rubbish and not even correct information, i bet you work for apple or something and where payed to say lies to put people off wanting to unlock.. maybe at and t sucks maybe i rather my own carrier how does that mean i shouldent have th iphone if i dont want a crappy carrier?

very bad and wrong post full of rubbish you dont even know what a jailbreak and unlock are
