Canada last year fumped 800 billion metric tonnes
of sewage into lakes oceans and streams.
The usa Trillions of Tonnes.
All of this sewage can be converted into Hydrogen by exposing it to intense radiation, such as "spent nuclear fuel bundles".
These bundles are also a waste stream.
energy will then be directly linked to population.
resulting in communities pushing human rights to attract citizens.
