I'm a little alarmed by the NASA timelines reported in this article. I thought the NASA vision was a manned lunar mission sometime between 2015 and 2020, with a Mars manned mission sometime later....

According to all of the sources I've read, including NASA's own website, the article is correct in it's stating of NASA's timeline to return to the Moon. I think it's overly optimistic, but that's what they've announced.

The commenter above was correct. First, Mars wasn't discussed at
all, and secondly, the manned trip to the moon isn't expected until
the end of the next decade. We're posting a correction right now.
